General terms and conditions

1. General

All relationships between www.looduspere.ee and the customer are governed by our Terms and Conditions of use. The customer recognizes to have acquainted himself/herself with the conditions and terms of use at the time of paying the order.

2. Shopping Guide

All prices are given in EUR and include VAT.

NOTE! When selecting goods, please pay attention to the volume of the cosmetics and creams! In the photo, goods might seem smaller or bigger than they actually are.

If you have any questions or you would like additional information about a product, please contact us at info(at)looduspere.ee. We will respond as soon as possible but not later than in two working days.

Registered customer’s discount

On our website registered customers get a 5% discount on all goods except for the products that are already discounted. The discount is applied automatically when a customer signs in to her/his account.

After registering and after every order, you will get a confirmation e-mail sent to your e-mail address. You can use your account dashboard to view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account settings.

If you want to receive our newsletter (we will send it once a month), check the box to give your consent (unfortunately the newsletter is only in Estonian at the moment). You can set your account up without choosing to receive the newsletter too. You can delete your account or opt out of receiving the newsletter in any moment. Your data is completely confidential for us, and we use it only for fulfilling your order or contacting you if there is a problem with your order. We will never share your data with anyone, except for delivering purposes or when required by law.

Delivery address and shipping options

As you continue with your purchase, you’re asked to choose a suitable delivery address. If you want to leave a special note or comment regarding your order or delivery, use the correspondence box at the bottom. Next, you can choose an appropriate shipping method for delivery of goods.

2.1. If you are Estonian resident, you can choose one of following delivery methods:

DPD courier 4.99 EUR

Have your parcel delivered direct to your door at work or at home by a DPD courier! Courier delivery across Estonia (Monday – Friday on business hours). In the morning of the delivery day the receiver will receive SMS-message, in which is given 1 h time window of courier’s estimated time of arrival.

Parcel status and route can be followed in DPD online portal www.minupakk.ee, delivery time and place can be changed there also if necessary. The recepient of the parcel must sign for it.

Maximum allowed weight 31,5 kg and longest side 175 cm.

SmartPOST Self-service parcel terminal 2,29 EUR

SmartPOST parcel terminal is a “self-service post office”. Parcel terminals are located at shopping centres that are easily accessible, have parking areas, and are open until late in the evening. If you choose SmartPOST delivery as a shipping option, a list of SmartPOST terminals will be displayed. You can choose to have your parcel sent to the SmartPOST terminal nearest you. As soon as the parcel has arrived at the destination terminal, a text message containing a door code will be sent to the parcel recipient’s mobile phone. The parcel recipient can then go to the parcel terminal, enter the door code and receive the parcel. Average delivery time: up to 2 business days.

All delivery times are indicative and may depend on circumstances that are not under the control of www.looduspere.ee. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by forces of nature.


DPD PickUp 1,99 EUR 

Pickup is a parcel delivery and sending network consisting of such point locations as parcel shops and parcel lockers. There are around 120 Pickup points in Estonia, 19 of which are parcel lockers and the rest of the points are parcel shops. Approximately 300 Pickup points are located all over the Baltics, including 45 parcel lockers.

Pickup is a parcel distribution network in Europe consisting of approximately 30,000 parcel shops and lockers and offering service in 21 countries.

2.2. Delivering to other countries

Other countries

When shipping to countries outside Estonia, we generally use the postal service. Please note that PayPal service fee will be added to PayPal invoices. The PayPal fee depends on the country an account is in.

All prices in this table are given without VAT. Generally, if the parcel weighs up to 2 kg, it is cheaper to send the parcel as a Maxi Letter. For heavier parcels please check the pricelist at Omniva homepage.

3. Payment methods

After choosing the delivery address and shipping method, you will be redirected to the page of payment methods.

3.1. If you chose Estonian shipping address, you can choose a bank transfer or direct banklinks of Swedpank, SEB Bank, Danske Bank, LHV and Krediidipank. You can also pay with credit card. You can use any bank to perform a transfer. Our bank details are given in the order confirmation.

3.2. If you live in Europe or overseas, you can pay with PayPal to info@looduspere.ee or with bank transfer. Please note that PayPal service fee will be added to PayPal invoices. The PayPal fee depends on the country an account is in.

3.3. Where can you see our goods?
You can visit our Looduspere shops in Estonia: Tallinn (Pirita and Viru Keskus); Tartu (Lõunakeskus and Kvartal).

4. Special orders
If you want to order a larger quantity of any article, please contact us. We will let you know if it is possible to fulfill the order and give you an estimated delivery time. For large quantities, we offer a more favorable price.

The 14-day return policy does not apply to special orders.

5. Privacy and Security
Shopping in www.looduspere.ee is safe. We offer you an affordable and comfortable shopping environment, and we are reliable partners. We sell only high-quality eco-certified goods and we will ensure that goods are dispatched to you in perfect condition.

Customer data privacy and security are important to us. We will use your data only for fulfilling your order or contacting you if there is a problem with your order. You have the right to request deletion of your data from our online shop database at any time (to do so, please e-mail info(at)looduspere.ee). We will never share your data with third parties, except for delivering purposes or when required by law.

6. Return policy
We accept returns that are made within 14 days of receipt of goods. The products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return charges. Please inform us in advance by e-mail info@looduspere.ee. Please send us your invoice number, product name and reason for the return.

A full refund will be issued once the item is received by us and deemed to be in perfect and unused condition. We will refund the price paid to the same account from which payment was made.

When shipping goods for return, you must obtain a proof of postage receipt from the transport company. You must keep this receipt to prove you have posted it in the unlikely event that your parcel gets lost in the post.

7. Return of damaged or faulty goods
We abide by the consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations.

The Seller is not responsible for:
– Degradation of or damage to the product that is the customer’s fault.
– Deficiencies that have arisen from the misuse of the product.
– Normal wear and tear of the product during normal use.

If you discover that the product you received is defective, please send a statement about it to our e-mail address info@looduspere.ee. Please describe the damage or defect as accurately as possible and, if possible, attach photographs. Include your contact information in the statement.

After we receive the statement we will contact you within 7 days to agree about repairing or replacing the item.

8. Rights and obligations of the Seller

www.looduspere.ee may change the content of current shopping guide without any separate notice to the Purchasers, by changing the information on the website.

www.looduspere.ee is not responsible for any technical problems like Internet connection interruptions, server failures or failure to use the e-shop.

Our terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. Any and all disagreements will be resolved through negotiations between the parties to find the best possible solution for the customer in compliance with Estonian laws.
